RETURN POLICY

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving yours. Our store does not accept returns or exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria: Items are defective: damaged/broken or dirty upon receipt. Packages that are lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: MOMents4Eva will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected packages.

Please make sure all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid loss in the mail or other mishaps. International customer must provide phone number.

Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses, otherwise the package will not be delivered.

Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repackage it, relabel it and resend it, however, you should understand that doing so requires additional cost. The processing and shipping cost is usually half of the order total...so be careful with the information you provide.

If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, you should contact us immediately to correct the error. Cancellation policy Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please email us within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you would like to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hour window and/or due to standard shipping reason.

Please note that our standard shipping is published in the description of each product, so all customers should be aware of this before finalizing an order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects in the customer's bank account.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Please send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the items showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours of receiving the order for a replacement or refund. Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before issuing a replacement.

MOMents4Eva reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if you do not meet the above criteria. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
